We are hiring four positions for the inaugural Ballare Explorer Summer Camp, June 22–26, 2026 at Missouri City Church of Christ. All roles work with Pre-K and Kindergarten campers in a dual-language English/Spanish environment.
Teacher · Pre-K
PK Dual-Language Teacher
Summer Camp · June 22–26, 2026 · Missouri City, TX
Requirements
- ✓Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
- ✓Experience teaching or working with Pre-K children (ages 3–5)
- •Background in dual-language or early childhood education preferred
- •Ability to deliver engaging lessons in both languages
- •Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic with young learners
- •Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- →Lead daily dual-language instruction across all 5 camp themes
- →Collaborate with Rainbow Chefs Academy and NSBE Houston on themed days
- →Maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment

Kinder Dual-Language Teacher

Requirements
- ✓Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
- ✓Experience teaching or working with Kindergarten children (ages 5–6)
- •Background in dual-language or early childhood education preferred
- •Ability to lead structured activities across STEM and arts themes
- •Collaborative team player with strong classroom presence
- •Must pass background check
Responsibilities
- →Lead daily dual-language instruction for Kindergarten campers
- →Facilitate 5-day thematic curriculum: music, culinary science, STEM, innovation, communication
- →Partner with teacher aide to manage classroom flow and engagement

Responsibilities
- →Support the PK lead teacher with daily activities and transitions
- →Assist with camper supervision, snack time, and drop-off/pick-up
- →Help create a warm, inclusive, and energetic camp experience

Responsibilities
- →Support the Kindergarten lead teacher across all 5 themed camp days
- →Assist with hands-on STEM projects and the culinary science lab
- →Contribute to a positive, safe, and culturally rich camp community
