Sheree Bogany is a transformational educator, leadership developer, and equity advocate with more than 20 years of experience driving meaningful change in education. From classroom teacher to history making high school principal, her leadership journey reflects purpose, excellence, and measurable impact. Under her direction, Splendora High School achieved 100 percent college acceptance for the Class of 2023, and she was honored as an H-E-B Excellence in Education Secondary Principal of the Year.

A champion for culturally responsive leadership and data driven improvement, Sheree has successfully led urban, suburban, and rural schools while serving diverse and economically disadvantaged communities. She has mentored educators into leadership roles and built thriving school cultures grounded in high expectations and strong relationships. Now, as a leader in higher education partnerships, she continues expanding opportunity by connecting institutions, supporting access, and strengthening pathways for student success beyond K–12.

Sheree brings to Ballare Preparatory Language Academy strategic insight, instructional expertise, and a proven ability to build systems that produce results.
