Avis Ballare is a dedicated community advocate and longtime Fort Bend/Houston area resident. She was married to her late husband, Michael Ballare, for 47 years and continues to honor their shared legacy of service and commitment to family and community.

A retired Licensed Master Social Worker from the Harris County Hospital District, Avis devoted her professional career to supporting individuals and families with compassion and integrity. Her passion for community engagement reflects a lifelong commitment to strengthening families and uplifting others.
