Gary Dunbar is a business transformation leader with 20+ years of experience in operational excellence and digital modernization. He serves as Head of Business Transformation at Signal Energy and brings expertise in governance, program execution, and performance measurement. Gary is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci practitioner, and SAFe certified. He has served as Technology Committee Chair for the Houston Chapter of the National Black MBA Association and has supported NSBE STEM and college readiness programs.

Gary’s strategic leadership and systems thinking will support Ballare Preparatory Language Academy by helping establish strong governance structures, scalable operational processes, and data-driven performance measures. His experience in transformation and change management will position the school to build sustainable systems, implement technology effectively, and grow with excellence while maintaining accountability and mission alignment.
