Ms. Laura Juliana Lobo Viveros is a bilingual educator with over a decade of experience serving diverse learners in public education. A proud product of Fort Bend ISD, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and holds an EC–6 Bilingual/ESL certification.

She has been recognized for her excellence in education as the 2023–2024 Rookie Teacher of the Year at Ridgemont Early Learning Center, a 2025–2026 Teacher of the Year Finalist, and the 2025–2026 SHABE Bilingual Teacher of the Year. She is also a National Board Certification Candidate, reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of professional practice.

Her work is grounded in data-driven instruction, high academic expectations, and a deep commitment to multilingual learners. As a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Lobo is dedicated to advancing educational excellence and equitable opportunities for all students.
